Beer fans rejoice! For the first time ever, Independence BrewBQ is offering limited V.I.P. craft brew zone passes. Enter the Craft Brew Zone a full hour before other eager tasters to sample exclusive V.I.P. offerings and get a first crack at the full list of brews. “This is an exciting new addition to our event. By offering a limited number of V.I.P. Brew Zone passes we can offer our patrons a smaller crowd for tasting, a great opportunity to interact with our brewers, and a few surprises to make it even more special,” said Independence BrewBQ board member, John Hougen.
A limited number of V.I.P. passes are available for purchase online only. Click here to purchase your V.I.P. pass for $35 or an early regular pass for $25 into the Craft Brew Zone.
The Independence BrewBQ also received a facelift this year with a new logo. “The BrewBQ pig has been featured on our tasting glasses and t-shirts for the last 11 years. While we will always have a special place in our hearts for the pig, we are definitely looking forward to embracing a new look for our marketing pieces and merchandise,” said Jenny Yoder, Independence BrewBQ board member. “We have a lot of exciting new things planned for this year’s BrewBQ and the new logo is just one element.”
The Independence BrewBQ is slated for Saturday, August 26 at Riverwalk Parks in Independence. The Bike Ride Too will begin at 9 a.m. from the park. Vendors will open at noon with the V.I.P.
